What Can You Expect?
Make sure you’re in a confidential space with functioning wifi and a webcam to log on to my HIPAA-compliant video chat platform. We will meet for about an hour to an hour and a half. This is when I really get to know you.
Nutrition Roadmap Creation
After the Nutrition Assessment, Melissa will work behind the scenes to create a document that lays out recommended meeting frequency, projected areas to work on, goals, and milestones. We will review this together at your first follow-up appointment.
Regular Nutrition Follow-ups
Continue to meet with Melissa 1×1 at your recommended follow-up frequency to continue your recovery, meet your goals, and feel empowered.
